The Film Chamber has called in for a strike against strike of Vyapara Vyavasai’s. Conflicting interests.  Since video library owners are more than Cine exhibitors, Vyapara Vyavasai association inspite of the affiliation of Cine exhibitors association has turned against CineEx.

The place where the protests were at its heights and the reaction was highest was in God’s own country I guess. We celebrated it with a Hartal from 3 to 6PM.

Abdul Kalam said it right, rather asked the right question, Do you care more about Kerala or politics. I wish politicians could answer the truth. They don’t care about Kerala or its people, its just their importance and politics what matters.

Yesterday a panchayat guy came to the theatre expecting some good collection. So bad he had to listen to my lecture.

I don’t know what this stamp signifies, only thing that I know is that Rs.50 was collected in its name. The collection was made when went to pay the daily panchayat tax. These are some minor collections by the government. A google search led to kerala govt. site at http://www.kerala.gov.in/dept_sainik/flagday.htm .Hope this money does serve its intended purpose.
